Customer accounts

Create and support customer accounts without entering their operating workspace.

Customers

Each customer remains isolated. A new account stays Pending until its database, administrator, and launch checks are complete.

Loading customer accounts…

Creating a Pending customer does not send an invitation, connect a database, or activate service. Those remain separate, audited steps.

These names identify the customer project and the physical operating location.

Invite a team member

Assign one role. Higher roles automatically include the permissions below them.

1. Role

Administrator includes Manager and Staff rights and is issued separately by the UPNEXTQ Platform Administrator.

2. Event
3. Physical location / site

Staff must have at least one site. Managers automatically have staff access to every site in the event.

The recipient must accept using this same verified email address. The invitation does not expose internal role data in the link.

STEP 1 OF CUSTOMER ONBOARDING

Create a Pending customer

Record the customer identity and starting defaults. No database or invitation is created in this step.

After creation, UPNEXTQ will show the remaining controlled steps: provision environment, verify isolation and backup, then invite the first Customer Administrator.

CUSTOMER ONBOARDING

Invite the first Customer Administrator

This person will accept the invitation, create the customer's events, and invite their own managers and staff.

Sending this invitation does not activate the customer. The account remains Pending until acceptance and the remaining launch checks are complete.

Add waiting guest

The family is already on site and will enter Waiting immediately.

Manage remaining guests

Choose what staff needs to do. Sending an update never changes a family’s queue status.

Send an update

Message Waiting, Remote, or both. This does not change anyone’s queue status.

1. Choose recipients
2. Choose or edit the message
3. Review delivery

1. Review the closeout

No SMS is sent. Use Manage remaining guests first when families need a closing update.

2. Record the reason
3. Confirm

Edit site

Changes apply to this physical location and its surfaces.

Edit daily queue session

Use this editor for a date-specific schedule change. Remote joining closes before the arrival cutoff.
